These initial photos are of the " 8 month sampler". Over an eight month period, every month one part of the sampler was released. These are all stitched 1 over 1 on a 28ct linen or lugana. As well as the fabric, two thread colours are required. Everyone choose a solid thread colour for the dark symbol and a variegated thread for the lighter symbol.
Everyone had chosen different thread colours, making each sampler unique.
