Daisy Chain"
LEVEL 6 - 6 "WHIPPED SPIDER WEB"
This filling stitch is Hardanger's version of the Whipped spider Web surface stitch. It is an easy stitch to complete, but the results are so beautiful.

"Fans and Roses"
LEVEL 6 - 8 "CURLED V IN A FAN"
This is a beautiful filling stitch which resembles a quartet of woven fans. It is a more intricate Greek Cross but still an easy stitch to master.

"Lavender Roses"
LEVEL 6 - 7 "DIVIDED WRAPPED BARS, DOVE'S EYES AND WOVEN WEB"
This filling stitch is a combination of the most common Hardanger stitches used.

"Thistles"
LEVEL 6 - 9 "THREE QUARTER SPIDER WEB FLOWER WITH DOVE'S EYE"
This is a fairly quick and easy filling stitch to work and will be fun to learn. When it is completed, this woven center resembles a lovely flower. It is so surprising to see how quickly it works up!

FINISHING SUGGESTIONS: 

Each could be done as an ornament or a  Sachet fashioned into a pillow or bag and stuff with lavender or potpourri, or simply frame each piece with a  4”x 4” frame opening.
